Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. They together with our current website prices, delivery details, contact details and privacy policy set the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by us. 

1. Placing an order with Asia2Home

  • No Minimum Order Required.
  • You can place your order by clicking on the items and you can view your cart and check out whenever you would like.
  • You will have the options to pay by PayPal, debit/credit card or Bank Transfer.
  • Once you have placed your order, we will send to you an acknowledgement email detailing the goods that you have ordered, an order ID reference and the value of your order which will be debited from your credit/debit card.
  • If there are any issued such as out of stock or shortage , we will contact you immediately for your options. 

2. Pricing

The prices shown on the website exclude delivery charges.

3. Stock Availability

We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock issue which we will not be able to fulfil all your items at time of your purchase. In this situation, we will contact you about the options to choose the available products or  you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

4. Payment

• We do not accept payment by cash or cheque.

• Make payment using our online gateway or bank transfer. We only accept Mastercard or Visa (‘Credit Card’) Switch, Maestro or Delta debit card. 

• This will be the best way for us to track your order through our system. Apologies if there is any inconvenience caused.

• We shall not process your order unless your payment is cleared to our system.

5. Dispatch

  • We try to fulfil the orders which containing fruit and vegetables or fresh items as much as possible. However due to changes in crops and seasons, some fresh items may be unavailable. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible for options or the replacement. 
  • All fruit and vegetables or fresh item orders, we aim to sent out from Monday to Thursday only in order to reach customers at maximum freshness. We only use 24-hour couriers for these orders.
  • All frozen product orders will be sent at customer OWN RISK and no refund or replacement can be issued. However, we will try our best on packing them with a good ice material. The gel ice we provide is to maintain in the temperature and last up to 24 hours. 
  • Please note that we do not accept any liability whatsoever for any delay in delivery caused by third parties (courier service companies) that we may use to deliver your order.

6. Delivery

  • It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address and contact number are accurately. We expect there should be someone who received and sign upon delivery. We cannot accept orders with delivery addresses to PO Boxes or Post Offices. If the parcel is returned due to errors in the address by the customer, we reserve the right to retain payment for courier services and returned courier charges.
  • If you may have any special requirement regarding the delivery, please put it on the note so we can carry out as you pleased.

7. Returns Policy

In the event of goods being damaged an arrival or does not match the product you ordered, you must advise us immediately or within 24 hours by sending an email with photographs of damage to asia2homeuk@gmail.com

If you are not report us within 24 hours, you are agreeing to have received the goods in satisfactory condition.

8. Complaints

We aim to serve you the best quality products and services. However, if the goods we delivered are incorrect or damaged or defective, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email (with proof of photos) or telephone of the problem within 2 working days of the delivery of the goods. Any returns or exchanges can only be accepted once they are authorized by us.

We reserve the right to refuse any return and/or exchange due to any reason which not notified and agreed by us. 

9. Cancellation

You can cancel your order any time prior to us booking your delivery. Any cancellation after dispatch will be charged a £12.00 cancellation fee.

However you may change/amend your order if you wish by contacting us immediately. We reserve the right to change/amend if your order already dispatch.
